Material Specifications

Constructed primarily from 304/316L stainless steel (with 317L/2205 duplex stainless steel options for highly corrosive media), the vessel features:

Wall thickness: 1.5mm (low-pressure applications) to 10mm (high-pressure ≥8MPa systems), with pressure-rated reinforcement for nozzle connections;
Surface treatment: Mechanical polishing (Ra ≤0.8μm) or pickling passivation (for enhanced corrosion resistance in wet/gaseous environments);
Internal components: Inertial baffle plates (316L stainless steel), adsorptive filter cartridges (polypropylene/PTFE, pore size 5-20μm), and sealing gaskets (EPDM/FKM, compatible with -20ºC to 200ºC operating temperatures).
