01 Water heating
If the reaction temperature is not high and the heating speed is slow, water heating can be used.
Specific working conditions: both heating and cooling, and heating temperature requirements are not high, after reaching the set temperature, need to cool down to room temperature.
Such working conditions, the use of water heating is more appropriate - pre-temperature heating with water heating, to reach the set temperature, the hot water to empty, and then pass into the cooling water to start cooling.
02 Steam Heating
Steam is divided into atmospheric steam, saturated steam and superheated steam.
Atmospheric steam is used for reaction temperature below 100℃.
Saturated steam is used when the reaction temperature is 100~180℃.
Superheated steam is used when the reaction temperature is higher than 180℃.
Steam heating requires a steam boiler.
03 Thermal oil heating
There are two ways of thermal oil heating: one is thermal oil circulating heating, need thermal oil furnace; the other is the reaction kettle jacket containing thermal oil, and the other is the reaction kettle jacket containing thermal oil.
The other one is that the reaction kettle jacket is filled with heat-conducting oil, and the heat-conducting oil is heated by electric heating rods, and then the heat is transferred to the materials in the reaction kettle.
04 Electric heating
Electric heating belt is mainly composed of electric heating materials and insulating materials, the biggest limitation of electric heating belt is because of the temperature, the heating temperature of silicone rubber in no-load state heating tape is about 200℃, and the temperature can only reach 250℃, the temperature can only reach 250℃, and the temperature can only reach 250℃.
The temperature can only reach 250 ℃, this temperature limits the use of heating tape range.
05 far infrared heating
Far-infrared heating technology uses the far-infrared rays emitted by the source of hot objects to irradiate the heated material, so that the material absorbs the far-infrared rays after the internal molecules and atoms resonate to produce heat energy, in order to achieve the purpose of heating.
